Our Training Program And Philosophy
At Royal Oaks Energy Services, our main objective is to create and implement a training and development program to prepare top class professionals, fully committed and thriving for operational, engineering and customer service excellence. As part of the capacitation program, we offer 24/7 technical consulting services, which allows your personnel to have on-demand operational or technical advice to address questions that may arise.
It is important to highlight that our training courses are both theoretical and practical, which means that the personnel are tested daily on the subjects presented, the participants will perform calculations and analysis of practical situations that will be found at any stage of the job. As a final evaluation, each student will be required to prepare and present a project that will require applying all the knowledge of the course to successfully complete it. This project will be presented to management the last day of the training sessions, and it is intended to allow management to identify the employees with the highest potential for the company.
Before each training course Royal Oaks Energy Services will provide a tailored pre-school program that must be completed by the personnel to be prepared for the course before the training starts.
